Starting rate - depending on experience. ~35-40hrs per week

Start Date - Immediately

The ethos of No Messin' Bakery revolves around 3 main beliefs - Local, Seasonal, Irish. We're looking for someone who shares our ethos, with a keen interest in food along with a hardworking and enthusiastic personality to fit in with our team of bakers. We make everything from scratch in house, and creating delicious things to eat is our top priority.

If you are looking to build on this as well as to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you. The menu at No Messin' changes with the seasons and there is a chance for creative input from all of the bakery team into what we make.


Experience in a bakery, viennoiserie, lamination, doughs and a variety of pastry techniques is essential. The role will cover shift work, early mornings and weekends, so full flexibility is essential. A full clean driver's license is also a bonus.

Duties to include:

  • Daily production of pastries and other items for No Messin'

  • Daily prep lists (doughs, lamination etc.)

  • Completion of cleaning checklists

  • HACCP implementation
