No Messin’ was established in 2020 by Niall and Ali Wynn, owners of Proper Order Coffee Co. It was born from their love of Nordic as well as traditional Irish bakeries and desire to have pastries as good as the coffee served at Proper Order.

Founded on the principals of FRESH | SEASONAL | LOCAL and fronted by mascot Frank Baker, a grumpy, no nonsense salaryman he’s the inspiration for everything the bakery kitchen produces. No Messin’ Prides itself on having longstanding relationships with producers like McNally Family Farm, Malones Fruit Farm, Irish Gourmet Butter, North Wicklow Eggs, The Little Mill and Mikes Fancy Cheeses amongst others to ensure we know exactly where our ingredients come from.
